Large family home near Griffith University. Our family of 2 adults and 4 children live in a large house in Molendinar. We have 2 dogs in our backyard. Our home is close to buses which can take you to Southport, Nerang, Pacific Fair and Griffith University.
We love cooking and provide delicious, tasty meals for all our students to enjoy with our family. We encourage our students to become part of our family and to join us on family outings.
Our house has 3 bedrooms for students, with each student enjoying the privacy of their own furnished bedroom, including TV. WiFi internet access is included.

Our house is located 10 minutes from Southport, a major bus interchange and 7 minutes from Nerang train station. There are many buses that come close to our house. Griffith university is situated just 8 minutes away by bus.

We will show you how to make sure that our house is kept secure.
Feel free to use the kitchen, when we are not cooking the evening meal, but please clean up after yourself.
Please keep your room clean and tidy.
You are welcome to invite friends to our house, but please let us know in advance.
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!

This family is so kind and generous and it was lovely staying with them. Please do not stay here if you a) want peace and quiet or b) want to spend your whole time on your own, as it is a busy house with a handful of energetic young people.
I would certainly stay at this home again!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
