Nelly is the most fantastic host, she welcomed me with open arms from the moment I arrived. I originally planned to stay just one week but ended up extending my stay to 5 months! The apartment is very cosy with a huge double bed and television in guest room. The location is also excellent - a short walk away from supermarkets, the metro and PUC. She helped me to improve my Spanish over the course of my stay, I felt at home from day one and have already been back to see her since my university placement came to an end. 100% recommended!

Nelly was a great host. I stayed in Santiago for 3 nights. She was very flexible. I booked 3 consecutive days in a row, but she ended up allowing me to stay 2 nights, then leaving for a night to Valparaiso, and then sleeping at her house for 1 more night. I left my suitcase in her house and she did not charge me anything for that.
Nelly gave me her bedroom and even left the apartment for the nights that I stayed. This just shows that she really wants to comfort you in her home and puts her guests over everything. She gave me great tips (restaurants, things to do, places to go, etc.). She trusted me a lot and I generally had a great experience. I can highly recommend her as a host!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
