I am a French Teacher living with my 4 children, aged 7 to 21 and my husband, in a house with a garden, near Paris and Versailles. On the garden level of the house, there is a new apartment with a private entrance and also access through the main house. The apartment can accommodate 3 people. It is equipped and functional. Besides teaching French, I am passionate about organic cooking, arts, and plants, which I have turned into a second profession as a naturopath. I love welcoming new people into my home, showing them around my region, and sharing my passions with them, all while teaching them elements of French culture and language, if needed. We can also offer "table d'hôte" upon request. You will have an unforgettable stay with us, that's guaranteed.

About the Area
Our house is located 50 minutes from Paris and 30 minutes from the city of Versailles. We live in a quiet small town surrounded by greenery, and in the immediate vicinity, we have a small lake and several pleasant rivers in the beautiful season. A farm, local markets, and 15th and 17th-century castles are nearby, and I would be delighted to show you around if you're interested.

House Rules
House Rules
• Non-Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Your host is a non-smoker.
• Security: Please keep the house secure by locking doors and windows when leaving the premises.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed inside.
• Guests: Do not invite strangers. If you wish to invite a friend, please ask for permission first.
• Respect: Treat the house as if it were your own. Keep the bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen clean and tidy.
• Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet after 10 PM.
• Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in between 1 PM and 9 PM, check-out by 12 PM. Exceptions can be made for long-haul flights.
• Keys: A set of keys can be lent to you with a 300€ deposit, refundable upon return of the keys.
Reservation
• Registration Fee: Pay 15% of the total amount to Homestay to confirm the reservation. This amount does not exceed 250 €/$. Once payment is made, Homestay will send the host's bank details for the remaining payment.
• Required Documents: Provide a photocopy of your passport or ID card and flight details (round trip).
• Payment: The total booking amount must be paid at least one week before arrival to secure the reservation. Bank charges are borne by the guest.
Cancellation
• Before Arrival:
• Inform the host and Homestay.com to update the calendar.
• If cancellation is made one month before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded minus a 150 € processing fee.
• Less than one month before arrival, a one-week fee is retained and 50% of the remaining period's amount.
• Ten days before arrival, no refund is given.
During the Stay:
• If the reservation is canceled, the total remaining days are due.
During the Olympic and Paralympic Games:
• 100% of the stay must be paid before arrival.
• To receive a full refund (minus 150 € for bank charges), notify two months in advance of any changes.
• Less than two months before the start of the stay, a 50% refund is provided.
• No refund is given for cancellations during the stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
