A modern 4 bedroom spacious home., two bathrooms. Very warm house with a happy host. The house is situated in Fairfield, a 10 minute drive to city centre otherwise bus stop 2 minutes walk from house. I own the house and also have a flatmate. I am a teacher, my flatmate is also female and works in a government department.

About the Area
The house is approximately 20 minutes from airport and 10 minutes from city centre. You get the country living and quietness but only a short drive to the bustle of city life and shopping. 3 hrs drive gets you to Queenstown for all the winter sports you could imagine. Dunedin is a beautiful city and where the house is situated is in the middle of a new subdivision with houses of the same era.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Barbara qui est vraiment très sympathique et accueillante. Sa maison est très belle, très confortable, on y est bien.
Pour rejoindre le centre, il vaut mieux avoir un véhicule.Host reply

Room is as good as a 5 star hotel with warm shower and a spacious and clean room. The host and family are very friendly and welcoming. House is up the slope with an open field behind it, perfect for children to ran and play.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
