I live and work in Paeroa renown for it's antique stores , and the genesis of where the L&P soft drink was discovered, bottled and sold.
I am a working single business women and live with my pet goat Serah, and cat Bailey. I have a full time job, and a side job I share with my daughter making & hiring decorations for events.
I live in a 3 bedroom home with a sleepout. ! room is converted into a clinic/craft room. The other room, is all yours. It has a love soft double bed, draws, and cuddle toys. My family normally crash in this room when they come to visit.
I have wifi internet, and I am a facebook junky as it keeps me connected to my family. I have a shower and bathtub with 1 toilet we all have to share, (awwww) I keep a clean and tidy home, well I have to should I get a customer who would like to talk decorations for their event.
I don't smoke or take drugs or abuse prescription medication. I do have a few bourbons when the need arises.
I have never been in jail or prison, the mere thought of sleeping in the top bunk while a big hairy butchy women named martha in the bottom bunk scares the bee jeebees out of me.

I drive a Mazda and a Ford. I am times a lousy cook. I sometimes have my grandchildren come stay for the weekend too.
It's winter here at the mo so please do not be shy should you wish to start the fire.
we haave the beach 30 mins away, and great cafe dining not far from Paeroa.
We have a great railtrail (bike) that runs through Paeroa.

I keep a clean home so please clean up after you. Remember I am your host, not maid, cleaner, or your mum. No drugs or any illegal activities. if you have friends over, I think that's cool, let me know in advance and tell them of rules so no awkward moments.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
