House in a village with woods and fields around. I live in a 3 bedroom house, in the region of Minho, northern Portugal, near the town of Barcelos and I have 5 dogs and 2 chickens. I have neighbors, but are not noisy, the sound that is heard more in my house is the dogs and birds. My house is simple but comfortable room has a private toilet the other two have common toilet, a living room and kitchen are in the same space and the exterior has a garden. I am also close to the shore, so if you like the beach is fifteen minutes away: the beach in Apulia, Ofir and Esposende, these latter two have the mouth of the river Cávado (is the river that runs through my town; Barcelos) , has a beautiful landscape, and the two banks can take long walks, cycling, fishing, has a spot of bird watching, learn or practice water sports and also make beach.

About the Area
My house is situated 10 minutes from the town of Barcelos, known by Cock of Barcelos, who became a national symbol. It is a small, beautiful and with a very rich historical past that is still present in buildings and monuments you can visit city. Weekly carried out a very picturesque and attractive market where visitors can view and purchase the crafts of our county. Barcelos also a major transit point for pilgrims who make the road to Santiago de Compostela. The bus stop is 5 minutes from my house, if you want to visit Porto and other cities can go by bus or train from the town of Barcelos. Even near my house has supermarket, coffee (with Internet) and restaurant.

House Rules
No smoking indoors, but can do it in the garden. You can use the kitchen and enjoy the garden and make grilled, but then must leave everything clean! Thank you never leave the door open or the input of the rear windows for the safety of everyone, including my dogs. You can bring pets, but cats and dogs do not, because the living would be very complicated because of mine.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
