We are a very happy family, typically Portuguese, who loves to receive and make friends. We offer special long term student accommodation. We live in front of the New University in a zone of excellence very safe, quiet, limited by green zones, gardens, playgrounds, transport, services, commerce, bars and restaurants, to few meters of the beach of Carcavelos, capital of the surf.
We live in the tourist triangle Sintra, Cascais - Estoril and Lisbon, rich in architectural, cultural and natural heritage on the beach, 15 minutes from the center of Lisbon. Enjoy the historic centers and the pleasure of the beach at the same time.
We offer a shuttle service, bicycles and varied surf and beach supplies for free.
WE OFFER SPECIAL LONG-TERM CONDITIONS TO STUDENTS.

We speak Portuguese, Spanish, French, and English. We offer special conditions for the long term, the STUDENTS.

About the Area
We live in Carcavelos, 300 meters from the beach of Carcavelos, in front of the Nova University, 15 minutes from the center of Lisbon Estoril Cascais and Sintra. It is a place of excellence, modern, quiet, very safe, a few minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes from all other transport. In this area there are architectonic heritage of high interest, churches, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, police, firemen, tennis courts, gymnasiums, sports complexes, casino, bars, restaurants, terraces, marinas, ocean pools, commerce, golf, schools of surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and beaches. We have direct access to Avenida Marginal, N 6, and to the highway, 5 minutes, 30 minutes from Lisbon airport and 10 minutes from Cascais / Tires airport. We make special, long-term conditions for STUDENTS.

Are in our house as we were in like yours. In the particular case of STUDENTS long term, the house rules will be defined later, according to the needs, including meals, use of kitchen, laundry, etc..

Vacanza perfetta!!!!13 giorni di puro relax ed emozioni; Helena e Vitor sono persone di cuore, discrete e sempre attenti ad ogni esigenza, ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, pur non parlando la stessa lingua. La posizione è ottima e la tranquillità è garantita. L'appartamento dispone di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, consigliamo a tutti questa scelta!!

Apartamento genial con baño independiente, todo muy limpio, cerca de la playa, Helena y Vitor son encantadores, te ayudan para todo lo que necesites, zona con restaurantes y cafeterías alrededor, repetiremos!!

Helena and Vitor are very nice and helpful people. With all helped us and did everything possible to have the best stay. The nice apartment has all the necessary equipment for longer stays. Staying here was pleasure for us!

Helena and Victor are amazing, really kind people and they are there for you if you need some help. My week in their house with my friend was really great, I enjoyed it and I wanna go back !
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
