I live in Setúbal, city overlooking the Sado River where the dolphins are visible and swim freely. This apartment is well located where it is easy to move to anywhere in the city and our beautiful beaches. Well served by restaurants in the area and a grocery store that is open every day of the week.
It is a small apartment with two with two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 Single, Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom and a small balcony.
I am happy to receive you and prepare a fantastic breakfast with freshly baked much everything from fruit to some cookies for a sweet tooth!

About the Area

My apartment is located on the main avenue of Setubal, near the Casa da Baia, where you can reap all the information related to Tourism. You can catch the bus to the beach about 50 meters from the front door, walk to the supermarket and the Deliverance of our famous Market. To go to the low did not need to use your car, is about 10 minutes. This area is well known for its fine restaurants and Biscuit Café da Piedade.

House Rules

Smoking inside the house is not allowed, you can smoke on the balcony. I appreciate the great care to keep the front door always locked when leaving the apartment. Pets are not allowed inside the apartment. You can use the kitchenette, but be careful to leave always clean after use. Attention with the noise after 23:00 are not allowed strangers into the apartment. So that everything runs smoothly during your stay in my apartment, it's the same respect and who lives in the building.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
