The Property is a 3 Bedroom Bungalow, with huge living, kitchen and bathroom. The house is about 2,000 sq ft in size. We have a lovely garden with a small swimming pool. The Bungalow is located approximately 0.5 km in land, in a very quiet traditional rural Village setting. The walk to the Beach is less than 10 minutes.
If you want Quiet, it is the perfect place to base yourself !! All you can hear are Birds, Monkeys and Peacocks, your surrounded by nature !!! You will certainly hear the local train go by every hour or so.
I generally walk ALL my Guests through the Village, which is the short cut to the Beach. Show Guests the the local sites, Cheap local eating places, Temples, Bars, Restaurants, Supermarket etc.

About the Area
Our House is located walking distance to the Beach. The main Touristy area is a good 20 minute walk or a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride.
Local Restaurants, Supermarket, Transport Connections are just a short walk away.

NO Curfew come and go as you please, Smoking, Drinking no problem !! Pets allowed with notice.
Guests have full access to ALL facilities in the House, Kitchen, Lounge area, Garden etc

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
