My apartment is located on the 5th floor in the neighborhood of 30 th anniversary of the city of Berat. This is the main and central neighborhood of the city and move from my apartment to the suburbs museum is only 5 minutes away. There is a space of 95 sq km and is two rooms and a kitchen, and a balcony of course.
My room, in which I expect great tourist is enough to keep three people, with two beds and 1 sofa. Situated a television, a computer and a place to leave belongings. House has a mountain overlooking the beautiful tommor of which can be enjoyed the sunrise.
At home parents and I live. parents are very kind to tourists and respect them.

About the Area
Our Apartament is located on the south-qenter side of Berat City in a quite and beautifun overlooking. We are 3 km from the bus station in terminal center and only 10 minutes from city center.
The bus stop is only 5 minute"s walk from the house and there.

House Rules
We appreciated my family more communication and sense of humor. Not consume cigarettes within the premises of the house, do not consume more alcohol and remove shoes at the front door :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
