We invite you to book your stay at Florian’s guest house, far away from the maddening crowds, in a green environment and with low-covid incidence. We live a natural, organic lifestyle, and we’d like to invite you to our holistic guest house, where we trade products with the local farmers, and produce our own fruit, vegetables, bread, wine, and rakija. We do trade for our delicious goat cheese, so you don’t have to worry about the goats eating your breakfast! We have a positive-energy environment where you’ll be refreshed and reinvigorated to your natural state of existence while living in our garden rooms. Simple, natural living at its uncompromised best!
We're privileged with our own farm and vineyard, and as a result, if you'd like, we invite everyone staying with us to get involved in picking grapes and helping to make our wine. This is a seasonal task, and is only available in the autumn though!
If you wish to stay longer than the listing, we are happy to work with you and find a way forward together.

About the Area
Our farm is situated in the rolling countryside north of Shkoder, on a fertile plain that was the centre of Albania's agricultural production and largest farm, Perlat Rexhepi. A five minute cycle ride to the south is Shkoder city; a rich and vibrant cultural centre replete with history. To the west and north are the foothills of the Albanian Alps - visible from the guesthouse and within driving distance for walks, these mountains soar undaunted upward as if reaching for heaven. To the east is the placid Lake Shkodra where fishing is possible year round, though to preserve your extremities, we don't recommend swimming in winter!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
