Welcome families and friends. Our house is ideal for families with children or artist friends who are looking for a study to work and study.
It has very large rooms. We have a beautiful terrace and large spaces for games.
There are also spaces to work and hold meetings.
The kitchen / dining room has a glass roof (our little piece of heaven in the city).
The whole house has a very good natural lighting and has everything you need to spend a comfortable stay.

About the Area
Our house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Boedo is a neighborhood full of artists of all kinds. Boedo is synonymous with tango, we are a few blocks away from the typical notable bars like Homero Manzi, Cafe Margot and Esquina Osvaldo Pugliese.
We are 45 minutes from Ezeiza airport with access by highway.
The "Av la plata" station on subway line E is two blocks away.
The "Rio de janeiro" station on subway line A is 6 blocks away.
There are many bus lines that communicate with the entire city.

A very good and interesting place to stay with a large terrace in the middle of the city without noise from the streets. In the neighborhood are many nice restaurants bars and shopping possibilities.
Javier and his family are very friendly and helpful, they are always relaxed. It was very nice to stay there; I will come back at any time.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
