The Apartment is in Palermo , Plaza Italia.
A very safe area close to all the gardens, Rural Exhibition Center ,American Embassy ,Zoo an Botanic Garden.
Just one block to Santa Fe Avenue and Plaza Italia D Metro Station ,plenty of colectivos ( buses) run to all the city.
Close to all restaurantes and live in Palermo Viejo and Hollywood.
The room is small but sunny and with a big window, the same as the complete bathroom en suite for your private use.
Weekly cleaning and change of sheets and towels,WI FI connection all day round,heating and Air conditioner ( cold)..Yo can use the big kitchen .
There are no pets at home

Residential area in Palermo , very safe and close to Santa Fe Avenue, Plaza Italia D line metro station.

Plenty of shops, supermarkets and all the fashion Palermo District, as well as palermo Hollywood, with cafés , restaurantes and all the " jung move" only five minutes away.

Marina was the perfect host, so kind, helpful, and just the type of person I was looking for. We enjoyed time together and she shared about so much history of the city. My room and bathroom were just amazing and met my needs. The location was centrally located and easy to get taxi, ride share, or other transportation. Organic grocery right around the corner, plus fruit and bakery markets. I will be returning! I loved having access to the kitchen.

Marina was a wonderful host. She even fed me on my first day in Buenos Aires and
that was the loveliest welcome to a new country. Thank you so much for the experience and

Marina is the absolute best! Full of useful tips and information about the city, a lovely home and wonderful stories. I’m travelling solo and felt really safe in the neighbourhood, I had such a lovely couple of weeks with her, can’t recommend her home enough!

Muchas gracias Doña Marina por tu hospitalidad, has sido un ángel en la estancia, me sentí como en mi casa, un abrazo. Recomiendo a Doña Marina por su amabilidad, respeto, don de ayuda y pulcritud. La habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario, el apartamento está ubicado a dos cuadras de la avenida santa fé y a tres de la estación del subte, todo muy cerca (supermercados, verdulerías, droguerías, iglesias), muy seguro el barrio.

Marina is a good host. She was helpful in the advice that she gave re. Sightseeing, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, fashion stores, malls etc. She was good company at mealtimes did our laundry, arranged for our rooms to be cleaned and linens were changed weekly. I would highly recommend a stay there.

Great room with en suite bath and private access. Nice neighborhood with park subway restaurants and washaterias nearby.

Marina is the perfect host who is very welcoming and an excellent guide to Buenos Aires. Accommodation is clean and comfortable. I cannot rate her highly enough!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
