Hello nice to meet you!
My name is Irina and rent beautiful rooms in my beautiful house located in a safe and quiet street just around two major avenues, Medrano and Rivadavia, where he is one of the most famous confectioners of the city: "Las Violetas"; plus there are infinite lines of buses, subway around A, B five blocks and several supermarkets.
We have double rooms with single or double beds and single rooms, you can choose! Some have en suite bathroom and others share the bathroom with just one other person. The house is always spotless, love the cleanliness and order.
You can make use of the beautiful and large kitchen as well leave your food in comfortable personal lockers in addition to the refrigerator. In addition you can enjoy the beautiful sun terrace.
The neighborhood besides being convenient, easily accessible, central, and full of transport, is a typical Buenos Aires neighborhood, so can introduce in the daily lives of our citizens taking a closer look at our culture experience. It is full of supermarkets, shops and very rich and cheap eats. We are right in the center of the city map, so all the sights are within the same distance.
The price includes wifi, weekly housekeeping and linen.
Our intention is that you feel at home away from home.

About the Area
Our house is located in a safe and quiet street, right in the city center and the map, which you can access to all places of interest easily and quickly. We are 100 meters from the underground A, stop Castro Barros, the line connecting almost all major sites (Congress, Casa Rosada, San Telmo, Cafe Tortoni, Florida Street, Old Town, Obelisk, etc), 600 meters from subterráno B that connects many other attractions including the Teatro San Martín, Avenida Corrientes with its famous theaters and bookstores, Obelisk, Abasto Shopping, etc. and thousands of lines of buses to all the remotest corners of the city. You can reach the center in just 10 minutes by subway and 15 minutes by bus to the neighborhoods of Palermo or Recoleta.Our neighborhood is convenient, easily accessible, economical, safe to be late and full of supermarkets, shops, kiosks and restaurants; have everything to have an easy, economical and convenient stay.

House Rules
Upon arrival all guests receive a set of keys to get in and out of the house and your room. We ask always close the door from the street to the safety of all passengers.
Keep common areas, as well wash and store kitchen utensils once used neat and clean.
Keep off electrical appliances and lights when not in the house or not used.
It allows cooking to 22.30 and stay in the kitchen until 23 pm.
It is not allowed to eat or rest their feet on the chairs.
smoking only on the terrace is allowed.
the entry of people outside the home without permission is not allowed.
If broken or damaged by irresponsible use of facilities and furnishings such repair or replacement will be charged.
We reserve the right to refuse admission.

È stata una esperienza piacevole, l'ospite è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è molto artistica, la camera abbastanza ampia, confortevole la cucina, gli accessori del bagno un po' spartani. Unico difetto, molte scale da fare. La zona è popolare ma sembra tranquilla. Molto vicina alla metro A.
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
