Our house has two floors, and in the second one the internal department (of 70 square meters) is available with rooms, bathroom, dining room, equipped kitchen, dishes, laundry (its use is bonus), refrigerator with freezer.
It is a very spacious, bright and comfortable place.
It can accommodate up to seven people. The apartment can be shared or booked individually.

We offer apartment with two rooms. The place is lighting, spacious and comfortable.
Is a house with two floors and on the second´s the apartment to rent with it´s kitchen, freezer, bathroom, living-room, washing machine. All that to your own and private use.
Upstairs on the rooftop there is a precious view from the city.
Is a quiet area located 20 blocks from the center of the city and 10 blocks from the renowned New Shopping Center. There´s a great variety of restaurants, supermarkets, commercial and recreational places.
How to move
You have access to 10 local buses lines. All you need at hand.
And if you like to walk, you can be at the center of the city in less than 30 minutes.
Our english is basic but our kindness is huge.

House Rules
Avoid strangers entering the house, if you have guests you must let us know. We are a quiet family, so it is important that you avoid the noises after 22 hours.
You must maintain the general order of the department.
The use of the washing machine is subsidized, you must notify us before using it.

Gisella and her family were superb hosts, I cannot praise them enough to how they went out of their way to make me feel at home. The accommodation facilities are of the highest level. Also, their advice on places to visit was flawless and appreciated. It was by far the most rewarding experience I had in Argentina.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
