Hi! Everyone, We live in a 3 Bedroom new house just 3months old. We live in the center of Werribee area. Our house is just 5 minutes drive going to train Station, 2 minutes drive from Free way/ highway. If you are a tourists this place is a great deal, close to nearby tourist attractions like , Werribee Open Range Zoo, Werribee Mansion, Victoria State Rose Garden, Werribee South beach, Wyndham harbour, & the lists could go on. Shopping mall Pacific Werribee, is 5-6 minutes drive, grocery shops, Pharmacy/chemist warehouse etc. We are a young family, with our two beautiful sons, 14 yrs old and 5yrs old, originally from Philippines. We are very friendly, very accommodating. We love cooking, travel, outdoors, sports, long drive, spending quality time w/ love ones. About the Area
Our House is located in the heart of Werribee Victoria. 5minutes drive to Train station/public transport, 2 minutes drive going to free way/high way. Shopping malls, grocery, tourist attractions nearby, 30-40minutes drive going to Melbourne City or easy to catch public transport going to Melbourne City area. It's a great place for tourists because nearby attractions like Werribee Open Range Zoo, Victoria State Rose Garden, Werribee Mansion, Werribee South beach, Wyndham Harbour, etc. kids will definetly enjoy water park is very close to our home.

House Rules
Strictly No Smoking, No drinking, No friends allowed for sleep over. Please make the room toilet tidy before you leave. You can use the kitchen if you like to cook, always tidy after you use and turn it off for emergency purposes. Please kindly notify the host if you are coming late, or if you can't come home on some occasions. You can use the laundry, Internet is unlimited, plus you can use the telephone for local calls. My home is your home we look after each other. We will respect your privacy and your wellness is our priority.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
