I live in a popular suburb close to the city. My home has 3 bedrooms in total, 2 bathrooms , Guests share their bathroom, and share a spacious family / living / dining area a breakfast bar and there is a separate reading/sitting relax lounge area. Nice patio and garden area with bbq. I enjoy entertaining and especially like cooking and cant wait to share some wonderful experiences with you! I have just recently rescued a little cavoodle. She is no bother, doesn't bark and doesn't drop hair.

About the Area
My home is situated 8km from the beautiful Adelaide City centre. Close by there are lovely restuarants and cafe's, cinemas and swimming centre. Specialty shops and boutiques are close by. Bus stop is 5 mins walk and only take 20 - 30 mins to city.

No parties or other guests or friends staying over. Payment is expected upon arrival. Provide own food unless otherwise arranged. Negotiate time to use kitchen, Clean up properly after use which includes utensils and benches. Bathroom area and toilet to be kept clean at all times. negotiate a time if wanting to use laundry.
Guests must be Covid 19 vaccinated.

From the help in accommodating my arrival time, super comfortable bed and pillows, attention to detail in the bedroom, lovely shower and bathroom, and on to the interesting, informed and enjoyable discussions while Di got the coffee and toast ready in the morning, I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would very happily stay again whenever I visit Adelaide.

Di made us feel at home, she is very kind and friendly. It was a real pleasure to be hosted by her. The house is clean, organised and beautiful. The room and bed are really comfortable and the bathroom was always clean. We definitely enjoyed our time at Di’s place.

Our home stay experience could not have been any better. Beautiful, comfortable home with contemporary fitting and a lovely guest room. Di is a very welcoming and friendly person who made sure we felt as much at home as possible. Very grateful for her hospitality.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
