Newly renovated home with front and back decks and a large yard. Close to the city, university, bus, train and shops. It has large fully equipped gymnasium. On the top level there is one bathroom and toilet and on the ground floor there is a second toilet and shower. A light breakfast is included. There are friendly cats that live at the house so if you like animals then this would be a nice place for you.

About the Area
The house is located in a lovely area near parks, the river and only a 20 minute walk to UQ St Lucia University. It’s a 5 minute walk to train station, bus stops and the shopping center. It’s a $7 Uber fare to the city. It’s very close to West End restaurant, cafe and night club precinct. 10 minute walk to PA Hospital.

Naomi is such a nice person, she always helps me a lot and respects my opinion.
The room is clean and has everything that I need. I feel so comfortable.
And also her cats are so lovely. They make me happy every day. I really recommend staying here.November 2022
Naomi is a very welcoming person who goes out of her way to help you out and get settled. The house is breezy, clean and just lovely. I had my own fridge, could do my laundry and cook.
It's close to everything you need, starting with bus station (by foot 1 min), shops (by foot 8 min), the M1 (2 min by car) and the city (just 8 min by car, 20 min by bus).
Naomi made it so easy for me to get to know the area, to sort my documents and giving me tips to get started.
Loved the stay, loved the house, the cats and everything.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
