Centrally located double room in beautiful & cosmopolitan Armadale which is just a 6 minute train ride to CBD. Located in centre of lovely shopping precinct its in walking distance to everything. Its a minute walk to train/tram, gym, shops, supermarket, top restaurants, cafe's, bars, clubs art & antique galleries, designer clothes boutiques, parks and trendy areas such as Toorak, South Yarra, Prahran, St Kilda and Caulfield. 8 minute walk to shopping centre, local pool and tennis courts. Area is picturesque, tree lined, affluent , safe and filled with attractive & top real estate. The room in very large, sunny, has whole wall of BIR'S & loads of storage, with nice views. Its a cosy & bright 2 bedroom unit with balcony, creative & funky decor. As the host I am a warm, friendly, educated host who loves to help others and make others feel at home.

About the Area
Armadale is just a 5 minute train ride out of the CBD & its right next to Toorak, South Yarra, Prahran, Caufield and St Kilda. The unit is 1 minute walk to Armdale Train Station and tram stop, the gym, shops, art galleries, antique shops, wedding dress & designer fashion boutique, top restuarants, cafe's, supermarkets, bakeries & toy stores as we are located in centre of Armadale. There are also shopping centres just 8 minutes walk away. Its a colorful, artistic, picturesque, cosmopolitan area with beautiful tree-lined area streets with lovely architecture and amazing homes.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
