We are located in Beacon Hill - Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches, in a residential area which is easily accessible by public transport and is in easy reach of local shopping malls, libraries and sporting facilities.
We are in walking distance of St Augustine's College in Brookvale and the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles (National Rugby League) stadium. We are also not far away from Manly where a few English language schools are.
We are 3.5 km away from several amazing beaches, next to a large shopping mall and close to transport. We have a lovely room available with a queen bed, build in wardrobe and your own bathroom.
I am originally from the Netherlands and have been in Australia since 2000. My son is 8 and speaks Dutch also. Other than English and Dutch - I have a basic understanding of Spanish, Italian, German and a little bit of French. My son gets Mandarin in school and we have lovely Japanese neighbours. Very multicultural, so you would fit right in.

My house is easy to find in Northern Beaches. Don't worry as soon as you complete your booking and pay your deposit online you will get an email with our exact address. I can help you then with directions as soon as you let me know how you will be arriving.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
