Hi
My name is Susan and I live alone in my 2 bedroom apartment across from the broad water Beach. I have a little Pomeranian named Bear who is sweet natured and friendly along with a very old cat who sleeps most of the time. The apartment is bright and airy and central to all amenities with a bus stop right out front. Close to Griffith university and the English college in Southport, it is also not far from Harbourtown outlet shopping and the beaches of Surfers Paradise. The room is bright and furnished with double bed and has a small garden courtyard accessed by a sliding door, there is also safe on-street parking and an underground visitors car park which is short term only. There is also a pool in the complex.
There is a beautiful boardwalk along the broadwater beach which attracts many locals and holiday makers with picnic amenities. A short walk will see you at Charis Seafood where the pelicans are fed daily. You can purchase fresh seafood or fish and chips there or wander over to the Grand Hotel for a refreshment or a meal at Coconut Willies or one of the other eateries along the broadwater. Grab a gelato at Baskin Robins or have breakfast at the eateries near Aqua Resort. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance with a Metro market just down Burrows street along with various eateries.
You will also find activities along the broadwater including borrowed bikes and stand up paddle board.

A short 15-20 minute drive will have you at the theme parks wet'n'wild, dreamworld and Australian outback.
It is roughly a 30 minute drive to Tamborine Mountain with all its attractions including winery, Gallery Walk with various shops and eateries.

I work part time as a carer so will not always be home.

I look forward to meeting and hosting new people both short and long term and sharing my beachside unit with my guests.

You can purchase fresh seafood or fish and chips there or wander over to the Grand Hotel for a refreshment or a meal at Coconut Willies or one of the other eateries along the broadwater. There is also free entertainment at the hotel most weekends. Grab a gelato at Baskin Robins or have breakfast at the eateries near Aqua Resort which is just a little further down the boardwalk. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance with a Metro market just down Burrows street along with various eateries.
