We are a close knit family of 5. 1 Stay at home Mum studying interior design and real estate, 1 hard working dad and 3 kids (2 are adults and 1 is a teenager) We have 2 fur dog babies who love affection. Our family is a typical casual Aussie family. We are welcoming, kind and relaxed. Our house is spacious, open and airy. We live close to the lake, walking distance to the University hospital and public transport. We are only a short 15 minute walk to the local beach. We love socialising with friends and family and do love a good Bbq dinner at home. We try to get together for informal dinners and catch ups on weekends.

About the Area
Our house is located in a central, beachside suburb of sunshine coast. Our suburb is friendly and safe with many walking paths and parks. We are a 5 minute walk to the university hospital. 2 minute walk to bus stop. 6 minute walk to local shopping centre. We are located only mere metres from the beautiful lake and 1.5km to our stunning local beach.

House Rules
Be respectful. Keep your area clean. Tidy up after yourself if cooking or preparing in the kitchen. No overnight extra guests. No smoking or drugs.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
