I was welcomed Kindly by Sukanya. Her room has a confortable bed, AC and everything is necessary. The bus stop is about 10 mn and the nearest station 30 mn walk.
If you like walks along the beach, you have one until capitaine Cook bridge walking path.(about 10 km return)December 2023
Had a very pleasant stay at Sukanya her lovely home!! She was very kind and welcoming, as well as her family and dog. I had a nice clean room and the other public areas (kitchen, bathroom and the pool) were also very good and luxurious. Thank you Sukanya for the warm staying!

I stayed with Su for half a year during my exchange semester in Sydney. As a student from Amsterdam, I was far from home. Adapting to this new environment was a challenge, but the friendly and open environment at home helped me to adjust. My room was very convenient and there is a perfect balance in terms of privacy and social interaction. During hot summer days I enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool. In addition, I could take a simple 5-minute walk to find myself on the beach at Botany Bay. The grocery store (Coles) and several restaurants are within 5-minute walking distance as well. If you do not own a car, public transport brings you where you need to be quickly and convenient. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone, it’s definitely worth it!

I had an amazing stay in Brighton Le Sands. The location is perfect, close to city and the beach is only a 5 min walk. Sukanya is very nice, gives great tips for trips and makes sure that you have everything you need. Unfortunately, the week was over too quickly.

The house is really nice you have everything you need. Suka leaves you space but is always there if needed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
