Our family lives in a 4 bedroom house in suburb area of Gold Coast with two dogs and a bird. Our home is minutes walk to bus station going train station to city centre or Gold Coast and surrounding area local shops, movie theatre, local parks, lakes, restaurant and schools. We have a medium size patio / veranda with outdoor table and chairs. We are 20 -30 minutes away located from Gold Coast beaches by car and 50 minutes to Brisbane Central. and our area are surrounded by shops, doctors, gyms and supermakets.

Our house is located on the popular suburb of Gold Coast in a quiet and safe suburb , we are 50 minutes drive to Brisbane Central and minutes walking to the bus Station to train Station and near suburbs and 20 -30 minutes drive by car to the popular beaches in the heart of tourist spot Gold Coast, our place is only minutes walking distance to supermarket, shops, gyms, doctors and restaurants. You don't need to go anywhere.

House Rules
We require to keep our home secure by locking all doors around when entering and leaving the house. All power are turn off on the bathroom and your bedroom when not in use or leaving the room. We supply your own cuttlerys and dishes while staying for homestay, feel free to use kitchen with your own cooking ingredients and strictly required cleaning up after use, rules for kitchen use and cooking can be discuss with homestay, no visitor aloud while homestay is not around, it can be arrange friends visits authorise by homestay host. Further house rules can be discuss if there's additional information needed.
PAYMENT METHOD : Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold to your room (on top of the $15% service fee paid to Homestay.com)
CANCELLATION POLICY: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later that this will not be refunded.
Please note that your updated payment method and cancellation policy will only be applicable for any new bookings that you received. Your full payments required to received upon your arrival.
If the guest decided to shorten their stay, they can be charged for the nightly or weekly price.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
