Sue is a great host! I love her garden. Thank you for the most amazing time!
Great location & Sue is such a lovely host.
This guest awarded the host 4 hearts but didn’t leave any comments.
the house is lovely, sue is very friendly and kind I highly recommend it
Well, what can I say? I had a superb trip, Sue was fantastic, Brisbane was welcoming, the weather was out of this world - I wanted to stay for ever.
(I'm sorry Sue. I would have awarded more stars but it only goes up to 5.)
Sue is a friendly, down to earth and welcoming host. The house and gardens are lovely and close to public transport. I enjoyed the garden and the outdoor deck immensely. The room was so comfy and down stairs from the main house so you had a lot of privacy. This was defiantly a wonderful experience and I recommend this "Home" to future traveller's. Thanks again Sue for a wonderful stay.
Beautiful home and environment so close to transport and to everywhere in the city. The room is spacious, well lit and well appointed and a very comfortable bed. The only drawback tv wasn't working and the bathroom and toilet do not have a lock.
Close to the city and public transport. Comfortable bed and good facilities. Unfortunately the scond day of our 6 night stay the house in front of the property was being demolished with crow bars, chainsaws, and excavator with 6:30am starts with a lot of noise and dust. This went on for 3-4 days. Had I known that this was going to happen I would have chosen to stay elswhere. No light breakfast provided in description and TV is not connected to anything. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
Cool, convenient & comfortable.
My partner and I stayed with Sue for 2 weeks. Sue is very accommodating, helpful and approachable. She was flexible with the amount of days we spent staying with her i.e.: she let us stay longer until we got ourselves sorted in Brisbane. Where we stayed was the bottom floor of a 2 story home. Its like a 2 bedroom self-contained unit (kitchen/bathroom/toilet/lounge/side entrance). Comfy double bed. Spacious living area and shower. Shared the space with an existing resident who is lovely. Has balcony/deck with stairs to a garden. Sues Home is charming with its water features, fairy lights and Alfie (the dog) is a sweetheart, always happy for a pat. The houses is a 2 min walk to a bus stop of which buses come regularly to go to brisbane CBD. 30-40 min walk to oxford street, Bulimba which has lots of restaurants, a supermarket and cinemas. Train stations is a 25min walk. off street parking if you have a car. laundry mat/gym 2min walk - just opposite to bus stop. All up, Sue's home is best value for money. We enjoyed our stay with her. Definitely will recommend her to friends/family. Thanks Sue :)
