Hi,
We have a beautiful 4 bedroom home in North Lakes available as a homestay for anyone interested.
We are a couple (from the UK and Brazil) and have a small dog.
We love having internationals staying with us and can help show you around the near by areas, help with public transport/banking/shopping/learning English etc.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet area of North Lakes, surrounded by parks, and a golf course.
We are approx. 30 mins by car from the airport, we can pick you up if needed.
There are bus stops within 15 minute walking distance, the nearest train station is approx. 10 minutes drive. The train takes around half an hour to get to Brisbane city.
We can offer bicycles or drive you places if needed. It's a very nice area to walk/cycle and just relax. We have a small dog that you are welcome to walk.
We are on the north side of Brisbane, a short drive to Redcliffe which is the closest beach, and we are also an hours drive from the beautiful sunshine coast beaches such as Noosa, Caloundra, Bribie Island.
There are many shops and resturants in North Lakes and a new cinema opening soon

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Please keep your bedroom clean. You will have use of the washing machine, vacuum cleaner and full use of the kitchen. You may also use the bbq outside whenever you like.
No loud music after 10pm as we are in a quiet area with other families

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
