Easy going and friendly, your stay will be enjoyable and relaxing. I am located in a pretty, quiet and safe suburb just 15 minute walk (2.5K) to the heart of Surfers Paradise via Chevron Island and close to public transport and shops. Close to HOTA, shopping centre and Main Bus routes.
Own Bedroom with own bathroom and toilet. Use of Laundry and Kitchen facilities. Clean and tidy home. Off street parking.
I am respectful of your privacy but will be on hand in the event that you may need some tips on getting around. I look forward to welcoming you into my home.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 2 .5km walk from Surfers Paradise and only 30 minutes drive from the Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Airport. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop. Gold Coast light rail is located in Surfers Paradise and will take you to the Transit centre and to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

I was desperate to find a place to stay and I couldn't have found a better place! It's like I met the right people at the right time. Maureen is an amazing, understanding and absolutely attentive host and she goes out of her way to make you feel at home and comfortable. She is excellent 100% recommended
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
