Spacious brightly room for rent in Canning Vale, very safe location, all bills included, quite private room with friendly home owner, free unlimited WiFi, central air conditioning, new bathroom with two sinks, you have your own sink and drawers. Toilet and bathroom only share with one housemate, a male student from Hong Kong, new kitchen with two big fridges and cupboards, enough spaces for food storage, only four people in the house included you
2 minutes walk to the bus stop, 5 minutes drive to Livingston shopping centre, 15 mins drive to Carousel shopping centre, you have your own parking space in front of the house.

My name is Tammy and I am a recently naturalised Australian having migrated from Hong Kong. I am 58 years of age and enjoy fishing, gardening, travelling and cooking. I speak English and Cantonese.
My partner Chris is 61 years of age. He is a qualify mechanic, he is original from UK, he also enjoy fishing and travelling, as an Australian he enjoy BBQ. He speak English.
We live with a little Chihuahua dog call Toffee.

Our house is located on the South east of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 25km from the city centre and only 16 mins drive from the airport. Fremantle, a popular tourist destination is a 30min. drive.

House Rules
Lodgers must Keep the bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom and other share area clean and tidy. Any visitors cannot cooking in the kitchen, Overnight visitors are not allowed, must leave the property by 10pm, no alcohol party anytime in the house, please don't leave any food waste inside the bedroom, No inflammable items in the bedroom, such like candles, please keep quiet from 10pm till 7am, don't do anything that is a nuisance to other lodgers.
** Actions punishable by law, such as using or distributing drugs, theft, fencing stolen goods, serious threats or violence will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and reported to the police.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
