Within 10 minutes of the stadium and events for the 2018 Commonwealth Games! Tranquillity, surrounded with native trees, parrots, 6m pool and large outdoor living deck area. Modern 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and separate toilets, double garage. Guest rooms are fully air-conditioned, fully furnished with TV - all linen included. Internet access. Still only 10 minutes to Broadbeach for a swim! On bus route to Southport and Nerang station. Host is single female teacher.

About the Area
Our house is located only 8 minutes by car to the Commonwealth Games stadium in Carrara. The house is surrounded by native bush reserve, beautiful parrots and other native birds and animals and it has a beautifully private swimming pool to boast, right off the large entertaining deck. Close to 4 major golf courses. Walking tracks everywhere. Only 10 minutes drive to the beach, 10 minutes to the rail connection to Brisbane. Bus route to Southport and Nerang, 2 major shopping centres. Houses are large on large blocks of land. Quite and tranquil, with all benefits of Gold Coast. Theme Parks are 20 minutes drive north also.

Payment Method:
After the 15% deposit is paid to Homestay, we ask our guests to pay us the remaining 85% in advance via PayPal.
Cancellation Policy:
We ask guests to cancel within 24 hours of the beginning of the stay. Any cancellations later than this will unfortunately not be refunded.

Sue has been absolutely adorable, very soft and arranging person, she s done everything to please me and I ve been spoiled. HER place is ideally located and close to the park, with lots of birds, and very quiet.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
