We have a lovely large 4 bedroom home situated on a hill that has magnificent views of the Gold Coast skyline and also the Gold Coast hinterland.
There is a public bus stop at the end of our street that provides a bus service around the Gold Coast and its beautiful beaches.
We have a resort style swimming pool , BBQ and cabana area which is perfect to enjoy our lovely weather.
We are conveniently situated near famous theme parks and only 10 minutes drive by car to the nearest beach.

About the Area
Our home is situated in a leafy suburb in the heart of the Gold Coast. We are half an hour drive from the Gold Coast airport and one hour drive from Brisbane airport.
The Gold Coast has about 20 kilometres of beautiful beaches and the closest beach is about 10 minutes drive by car from our home.
The local bus service has a bus stop at the end of our street which is about 5 minute walk. The bus service can connect to anywhere on the Gold Coast which inlcudes many beaches, large shopping centres, famous theme parks and restaurants and bars.

House Rules
Noise is to be kept at a minimum after 9pm. Smoking to be outside house only. No pets allowed. Arrangements can be made to invite friends in advance.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
