We live in a 'Village' type area called Emerald Lakes. The apartment a 2 plus study air-conditioned with fans also. We have a lovely balcony with views from Surfers to Burleigh Heads (see photo from balcony). There are beautifully cared for gardens with 5 kms of walking and bike riding paths to stretch your legs. We have bikes available. We have a 20 metre pool and a gym for use by our guests. Also with French, Greek, Indian restaurants and a Coffee Café here as well. 5-10 minute walk to buses to go to Beach and Theme Parks and to Surfers Paradise. I can take you to places for a little extra remuneration. Tickets can be arranged for our guest/s. We have Wi-Fi available and cable television. Our beaches on the Gold Coast are the best in the world with Lifesavers on duty year round.
Additional Info
We speak English but love to learn about other places. There is a street market every Thursday with an array of different foods to try.
Also we have a washing machine and dryer that guests can use too.

About the Area
Our home is located within 5-10 minutes walking distance to buses for Surfers Paradise and beaches. Also for the Theme Parks and shopping centres. We have French, Greek and Indian restaurants within the Estate. Emerald Lakes is a golf course resort with a very nice club with restaurant meals. A Putt Putt Park is also available all within walking distance in the beautifully manicured gardens and paths of the Estate.

House Rules
No smoking in our home or the apartment areas. There is guest parking on the ground floor with a lift to our floor.
Feel free to use/share the kitchen but please clean up after!
Keep noise to a minimum by midnight.
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just let me know in advance.
Please enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
