My home is close to public transport and lovely parks. There is a public library up the road adjacent to the shopping centre, you can walk or catch the bus. My home is open plan living with 3 bedrooms, you may have to share the bathroom. I have 2 friendly dogs. The air conditioning keeps the house cool in the summer and the ducted heating keeps us warm in the cooler months.

There is a shopping centre at the corner of Lyrebird Drive & Hall Road. the bus is 1 minute from the front door and can take you to Frankston or Dandenong, where there are large shopping centres and train to the city.

Giovanni was very much a gentlemen ,he was good with my dogs they were happy to know when he came home as he did make a fuss over them. Giovanni is welcome to stay at any time !!

Rita was a fantastic host. My mother and myself felt right at home from day one. Rita made us feel so comfortable and was absolutely lovely through our homestay. The house was clean with ample access to all amenities. Her dogs Remi and Sasha were so adorable. I would highly recommend Rita's homestay and the next time I am looking for a homestay in Carrum Downs, it most definitely will be at Rita's house. Thank you Rita!!

Rita owns a beautiful house, relaxed atmosphere and always super clean! Very quiet neiborhood, walking distance to shopping center and bus stop. Friendly host, i highly recommend her.

Rita was a very pleasant host with a good sense of humour. The house was spotless, well situated, and the 2 little dogs were lovely. I would stay with Rita again. The bed was very comfortable, and the room nice and quiet.

I had a wonderful time at Rita's house! She is easy going,heart warming person and she made me feel at home right from the start. She is the nicest person who really cared about me but also let me do my own thing. Since the bus station is only 20 seconds away, it was very easy for me to get to work or enywhere else.... There is supermarket, library just down the road.
I can definitely recommend Rita's place for your stay! If i need some place to stay in future... i will love to stay at her house again.July 2017
Rita is a friendly, caring host with two lovely dogs.
The house is spotless, the bed is warm and comfortable. There is a chest of drawers so you are not living out a suitcase. The bathroom is close and I even had a bath.
There is a bus stop right outside her house which is very handy.
I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend a stay with Rita.April 2017

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
