We live in the luxurious estate of Clear Island Waters, Gold Coast, Australia, in a large 5 Bedroom waterfront home.
The garden room has a Queen bed, built-in wardrobe, TV fan and air conditioning for comfortable sleeping. The spacious, clean bathroom is allocated to guests so will be for your private use.
The house offers everything you may require including wi fi access for your laptop or phone, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, comfortable lounge with flat screen TV and an outdoor area overlooking the pool and a picturesque lake. Swans, ducks and water dragons live the good life here, swimming and sunning themselves at the bottom of our yard.
Whether you are simply looking for a short stay on your way to somewhere else or are intending to spend longer enjoying the fabulous Gold Coast, please consider us. We would love to meet you and welcome you into our home.
Additional Info
Tiana is a fully qualified chef and she is more than happy to prepare additional meals for an additional negotiated rate. Tiana is also happy to provide 1 on 1 cooking lessons for anyone who is interested in learning to cook like a professional.
Tiana can also offer basic English lessons for an additional fee, negotiated on request.
Wayne is a professional musician and is happy to give a lesson or 2 on guitar if you're interested.

About the Area
We are situated in the Luxurious central suburb of Clear Island Waters. A 5 minute drive or 12 minute bus trip to the Robina Town Centre offers an unforgettable shopping experience, a wide range of quality cafes and restaurants and Gold class cinemas. Skilled stadium, train stations, Bond university and Robina hospital are all close by. Broadbeach's fabulous restaurants and nightclubs, Jupiter’s casino, Pacific Fair and Oasis shopping centres as well as a number of quality golf courses are all within 10 minutes drive by car or 30 minutes by bus. The famous Burleigh surf beach is also a short 10 minute drive away. Surfers Paradise is about 15 to 20 minutes drive from our home or 50 minutes by bus. A short walk takes you to bus routes linking you to this and any of the Coast’s other fabulous attractions including theme parks, fishing cruises and whale watching. We also offer a private transport service to any of these destinations as well as airport transfers if we are available for a competitive rate. Just ask us!

Wayne & Tiana are great hosts. Their house is very nice and clean. I highly recommend them.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
