I have a lovely 4 bedroom spacious house located on Sydney's northern beaches. I am a 46 year old mother of 2 lovely kids aged 7years and 15years.
I work as a health and wellness coaching and medical business consultant, we live a pretty active life yet enjoy downtime in the evenings.
We sublet our spare bedroom which has its own entrance , which is furnished with a king single day bed, which opens up to a double bed, with draws and hanging space for clothing.
You have a shared bathroom.

About the Area
Our house is a 5 minute drive or 20 min walk down hill to the beach, we have shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport within a few mins walk to the house.
We are 20 mins drive to manly or 35 mins on bus and 45 mins by bus to the CBD/city.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
I am pretty easy going, I just ask that no guests bring friends back to stay the night. That cooking is done between 7am and 9pm. Kitchen is cleaned and tidied as we go.
Cleaning of the house - I have a cleaner that comes once per month, this is a $40 contribution if anyone is staying longer than 1 month.

Staying in Brooke’s house was the best start of our trip in Australia. She has a wonderful family and she helped us every time we needed to. She gave us really good tips and adresses to enjoy our moment in the country ! You can make a reservation eyes closed. The best place to stay for sure if you are ready to share lovely moments
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
