We live in a very private and quiet area. Our door was always open for our children and their friends, including "exchange students". We are now just a man & a woman living in a large house. We have a lovely double bedroom with its own bathroom and plenty of storage. We work in the entertainment industry so
are pretty busy working. We like to have fun, go to the movies, eat out, eat in whatever comes our way when we are free from work. We aren't really big party people. We live a nice life. There is an extra TV Room that is never used (all yours). We've lived in Spain and I am trying to learn Spanish again. There's off-street parking, laundry and decks and a large yard. 3-minute walk to bus stop.

About the Area
Our house is located 15 minutes from the beaches, 3 minutes walk to bus, 20 minutes to City Centre. Plenty of walking trails and trees. 1km from Shopping Centre & Woolworths. We are close to the new Northern Beaches Hospital.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Guest room must be left as it was found. In spotless, clean and tidy condition.
No parties please. Use of common areas are okay and use of kitchen and laundry facilities should be agreed with all housemates.
Holding fee: $350 at time of booking
Cancellation date: Full payment for time booked is required. Early checkout is not accepted unless one-month notice is given.
Cleaning: The room and bathroom will be spotless with clean sheets and towels. It must be left the same way when Guest is leaving, otherwise deposit/holding fee will not be returned.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
