BEST COOLEST LOCATION IN MELBOURNE. Brand New renovated house, only 3.8km to Melb centre in trendy cool & bohemian Fitzroy. Property only 2 minute walk from tram 86, or 5 minute walk to train station. You have all the shops you can possibly need only one minute walk from the property. There is a supermarket, fruit shops, butcher, delicatessen, restaurants, cafes, pubs. Fitzroy is the cultural centre of Melbourne. You dont want to be staying anywhere else. The Chill Out room is a large private room with brand new heating and air-conditioner; a very comfortable king single bed, a large super comfy recliner lounge, a smart TV Netflix, Stan, Amizon and lots of other or you can use a HDMi cord to connect to your mobile or computer. There's also a great sound system -BOSE speakers and a desk. You also have your own brand new private bathroom. The Chill Out room has a kitchenette, large kitchen bench and seating, fridge, toaster, microwave, sandwich maker, crockery. You are welcome to use the host kitchen and dining area. The Chill Out room has direct access to an outdoor courtyard area with an a sensational hot spa and outdoor furniture and heating. Sit in the sun or chill out with the heater on.

About the Area
Brand new property with large sunny private room with bedroom/lounge and separate ensuite. The room is equipped with a single bed with a chiropractic mattress; desk, TV .The room is quiet and very comfortable. There's free off street parking and a light continental breakfast (cereal, toast, fruit and coffee/tea).
The room is equipped with, a bar fridge, micowave, toaster, sandwich maker and tea and coffee facilities The outdoor undercover alfresco area has a lounge suite, all year round heater. It's equipped with a weber gas bbq, toaster/oven, electric frying pan, electric hot plate, so you can cook whatever you desire. There's also a shared kitchen in the house.
Please note there's one queen bed in the room which accommodates up to 2 people, twin beds are not available.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

I love travelling, and I've been to many countries all over the world, both for work and holidays. I'm a foodie, who loves great food, as well as theatre, movies, music, tennis & bike riding. I believe "every day is a privilege". I'm passionate about hosting guests and ensuring they enjoy the BEST of Melbourne, while being comfortable and experiencing a true Aussie cultural stay. I enjoy having dinner and drinks with our guests, however I also respect our guests privacy. I am a professional working full time in the field of organisational psychology. Our house rules are simple and all about having a great time in Melbourne while at the same time RESPECTING each other and our accommodation. we promise to help you enjoy the best of Melbourne.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
