About the Area
Our house is located just up the hill from manly only 2 blocks from a major shopping hub. Public transport options include several bus routes to city, northern beaches, chatswood and manly only a stones throw away. Minutes walk to the free community bus or to the scenic harbor walk to the manly wharf and ferry. Everything at your fingertips in the quietness and safety of one of the safest and well established areas on the northern beaches.

Natasha seemed to be a very personable and friendly person - only during the stay.
Althoug it was not quoted in the details, she asked us for a deposit of 200AUD during our stay over NYE. We have been too naive and transferred the money.
When we said goodbye to each other in her house, she promised me, she would transfer the deposit on the next day. After one week without a transfer I aked her to keep the money in mind. She said she were sorry and that she lost her phone, but that I should text her my accountnumber again. Time flies and after about 1 month I could not get in contact with her again. She banned my phone number and didn't answer mails!So, I tried to contact homestay.com for help. They could call her and Natasha told them that she had extra cost with regard of the matress and bedding. What a lie! She was even with us in the room, when we left and we didn't damage anything. And it doesn't even make a sence that she never told me about any issues and instead promised me to transfer the deposit.
SO PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PERSON! YOU CANNOT TRUST HER!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
