We live in Ashmore/Benowa which is very central Gold Coast. We have a 5 bedroom house with up to 2 guests at a time. I live on my own with my 18 year old daughter & 20 year old son. We have an adorable little dog 'Zeus' & a puppy 'Diablo' who are super friendly!
We have a piano that you are welcome to use & we have veggie gardens for anyone that wants to grow or get their hands dirty.
We have a large kitchen and separate dining room. There is an undercover area at the back with a BBQ & comfortable outdoor chairs and/or lounge to relax.
We are right on the bus stop that can take you to the train station or straight into Surfers Paradise which is only a 5 min drive. We are very close to Surfers and Broadbeach & live in a beautiful neighbourhood that is lovely to walk around.
We have unlimited WIFI and Netflix, feel free to use it!

About the Area
Our house is located west from the main area of the Gold Coast, Surfers Paradise. Its only a 5 min drive or 5km walk. We are in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with the bus stop at the end of the street which can take you to most places like the shops or the train station.
We are a 35 min drive from the airport.

House Rules
Not many rules. Just keep the gate closed so the dog doesn't get out & make sure the house is locked up when you go out.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

She is really kind to us! I’ve stayed for one week at her home with my 5yearold son. She always makes us comfortable!
And we enjoyed time with other friends who stayed in the room next to us:)

Natalie is definitely a very good host, and I would recommend anyone wishing to stay with her in the future. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, and yet is still only two hundred metres of two bus routes, which was very handy.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
