We live in a central location on the Gold Coast close to public transport, restaurants, walking tacks and beautiful shopping centres. Just 15 minutes to the beach our european manor style home overlooks much of the Gold Coast. Perched high on a hill we enjoy beautiful breezes from our large timber deck and enjoy hot summer days in the swim up bar pool. Our double guest room looks out over the beautiful coast and we enjoy ducted air conditioning and a fire for the cooler winner nights. Located in a no through street it is quiet and relaxing. We have two lounge areas, sun beds by the pool and a day bed on our deck for leisurely reading while enjoying the view. You can easily reach the hinterland, theme parks, fine dining and amazing shopping - Harbour Town, Robina Town Centre and Pacific Fair Shopping centre from this location. We are also close to Carrara Markets and the Casino.
Additional Info
Parking is on the street, we live in a no through road in a very safe area. We speak english and spanish and have travelled extensively, so thoroughly enjoy chatting with travellers from all over.

About the Area
Our home is close to the motorway, railway, shopping centres and beach. We are located in the centre of the gold coast. 15 minutes drive to beach, 20 minutes to airport and 700 metres to bus stop.

House Rules
We are a non smoking family with no pets. We all enjoy fitness so are up early to excercise and generally sleep relatively early becaus of our fitness routine. We ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Doors and windows must be locked when leaving the house. Additional friends visiting please check with us first. We ask that you enjoy our home, treat it as your own and we all aim to make the environment friendly and relaxing.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
