A Beautiful Home located in the heart of the Gold Coast ideally for international students not to far from Bond and Griffith university's, and only 15 minutes walking distance from the centre of Surfers Paradise.
We are a friendly couple originally from Italy and Taiwan we have previously hosts international students. We have many memories of great time from sharing with many student all occasions, from visiting local tourist places, dinners nights, BBQ's, Christmas time and birthdays.
This family home it is ideally and suitable for students or visitors from all different nationality and backgrounds located centrally close to all university schools and Surfers Paradise beach and all public transports with the bus stops right in front of our home.
Our home is located in a waterfront position with a large pool area fully furnished with 3 lots bedrooms 3 bathrooms and fully gated and highly secured, your room will include a bed, desk, shelfs own bathroom and balcony, in a very peaceful Tuscan home style on waterfront with jetty and plenty of fish to catch. We are also offering to use all facility like a washing machine, kitchen and we will supply all linen and your own separate fridge, including with unlimited internet.
You can choose from a traditional homestay package number 1 which is breakfast & dinner for 7 days meals at the price of $290 AUS per week, or a choice of package number 2 with only a self contained breakfast with available milk, bread, rice and some fruit available in your fridge, at the price of $250 AUS per week.
We have been hosting students for more the 3 years. We have a Blue Card which means we are qualified with all the Governments Requirements and Regulations for the Homestay Legal Act.
We are friendly with a good sense of humour and we are always very supportive and very happy to help to improve your english skills.
We have had students from all around the world staying with us in the past; Japanese, Taiwanese, Italian, Australian, Brazilian, Chile, Colombian, French, German, Korean, Sweden, Czechoslovakian, and etc...

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
