The family have a pool and fast NBN 5G internet for the student .Large backyard and pool table . We are located on the Parkwood International Golf Course. The family enjoy walking, swimming, spending time with friends .Extremely happy outgoing family who enjoy meeting new people ,sightseeing, holidays and outdoor activities \r\n. Extremely love any water sports, like JetSki and boat.

Students have their own lounge area for entertaining, TV with YouTube and Netflix. DVD player for movies.
Big 2 level house contain 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 4 showers. Have regular house cleaner coming over every second month for general house clean. Also have two small cute pet dogs.
Only 100 metres walk to the bus stop 710 "8 minutes travel to the Griffith University Gold Coast Campus". Or 15 Minutes by bus to Australia Fair and Westfield Shopping Centre. Also walking distace from house to the tram Station. Very convenient transportation to any direction. We close by to Harbour Town as well!

About the Area
Our home location very close by to Griffith University Gold Coast Campus and University Hospital. Very easy transportation to everywhere on the central Gold Coast. Very nice big double level house, extremely suitable for homestay students. Comfortable and quiet environment. Unlimited internet wifi through the house, with seperate lounge area for entertaining. Swimming poo, big yard, pool table, located on International Golf Course. Big Happy Family here!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
