My home is a three level townhouse in a small complex of 20, surrounded by grassy fields. It is situated very conveniently, Mudgeeraba Village, 5 minutes away, Robina Town Centre and train station 10 minutes and Gold Coast airport 30 minutes by bus.
Burleigh Heads is the closest beach with Surfers Paradise about 25 minutes away.

About the Area
Burleigh Beach is 10 minutes drive and all other beaches are easily accessible. It is a quiet neighbour hood with all amenities in walking distance; Woolworths is 10 minutes walk; doctors, chemist, coffee shop and restaurant 2 minutes. Varsity train station is an easy 10 minutes walk and the bus from the Cooloongatta airport stops at the end of street. Robina large shopping centre and Burleigh centre are 10 minutes drive. Bond University is close by in Varsity Lakes.

I felt right at home with Judy. She was always thoughtful and made my experience very comfortable. She was fun to chat with about anything and has traveled almost every part of the world!
The location is perfect to. Hot tip, when you walk to woollies up the road go through the sanctuary. It’s very zen!

Judy provided everything we needed during our 6 week stay. She gave us freedom to use her lo ely home as it were our own

Felt very uncomfortable. We apparently did not go out enough and she felt she had no space. She shouldn't open her house up if she wanted us out of the house during the day.

The house beautiful but make sure you have a car because public transport is not very good in the area.the best part of this place was the cat,Oscar.he is really sweet,If you like cats definitely stay there.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
