I have a beautiful house with 2 large bedrooms available for guests sleeping up to a maximum of 4 people.
I have one master suite with a king bed and ceiling fan, fridge, TV, mirrored wardrobes, polished hardwood timber floors.
The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, TV, ceiling fan and has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
My home is situated on the Gold, Coast, Queensland, Australia, which has lovely, clean, picturesque beaches. My home is 50 meters from public transport (bus). The bus route can take you to the beaches or to the Theme Parks (Movie World, Dreamworld, Sea World, Wet and Wild), shopping centres, all within a 15 minutes bus ride.
The beautiful Broadwater is less than 5 minutes’ walk. You can sit by the water, watch the pelicans being fed, take a swim or relax on the beach. There are restaurants also within walking distance.
My home provides a very relaxed atmosphere, with a large back yard and a lovely outdoor area. I live in a quiet neighbourhood but also close to lots of amenities.
I do have small dogs but don't worry if you don't like dogs. They stay outside.
I also provide a continental breakfast.
There is off street parking.
Babysitting is available should it be required at a minimal rate.

My home is situated on the Gold Coast. I live in a quiet neighbourhood but I am also very close to amenities, including public transport, restaurants, hotel, theme parks and shopping centres. The beautiful Broadwater is less than a 5 minute walk where you can enjoy fishing, boating, sun bathing, swimming.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
