Private room with queen size bed, in large apartment.
Classy & clean bathroom with separate bath & shower. An amazing kitchen with stone bench top and Blanco stove, fan forced oven & dishwasher along with Russell Hobbs microwave, toaster & kettle.
Large lounge & large comfortable couch and a balcony with table & chairs that has a lovely leafy green outlook to enjoy.
The bathroom also has washing machine & dryer you are welcome to use too.
4 minutes walk to Auburn train station, 6 minutes walk to two tram routes, also nearby walk to Swinburne University & Melbourne University (Hawthorn campus).
Auburn Village shops only a few minutes walk away. Two large shopping precincts with many bars, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, fashion shops, and supermarkets are only 10 minutes walk away

About the Area
The apartment is located about 9km from Melbourne CBD and is 4 minutes walk from Auburn train station. The train trip to the CBD takes 13 minutes
The property is a block of 12 units in a tree lined street about 50m from Auburn Road.
There are trams 6 minutes walk south, and a bus stop 50m away on Auburn Road.
The Yarra River bicycle track is about 1.6km south and it leads directly to the CBD without the need to cross any roads

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
