We live in a nice and comfortable house with four bedrooms. Our location is only 10 min walking distance to the Ingleburn Station (It is only 30 min to the airport and 40 min to the CBD), shopping mall and the library. We got the kitchens inside and outside. Both of us love cooking and we are glad to invite you to our dinner (little extra pay).
Our house lives in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, opposite the house is a green wood; the doorstep has a bus stop, 10 minutes walk to the train station (about 30 minutes by train to the airport, 40 minutes to Sydney city center ), Shopping centers and community libraries. Our home is a large 4 bedroom house with a backyard (with indoor and outdoor kitchens). I and my husband are super like and enjoy cooking, so we can guarantee that your meal has been carefully crafted and nutritious considerations. We often have other travelers to stay, if you stay here, you can expect to see some interesting people.
We originally came from China, we love China but now also love Australia, especially Sydney climate and lifestyle. We live in the area is very safe, easy to take the bus, train.
Our streets are wide and convenient. If you come to stop is not a problem.
If you arrive at the airport, I can pick you up from the nearest train station (Ingleburn), and of course we can pick you up at the airport according to your request.

The doorstep has a bus stop, 10 minutes walk to the train station, the Ingleburn shopping center and the community library.
The train is reachable to the airport and the city center (about 28 minutes by train to the international airport and 40 minutes to Sydney city center). Convenient transportation, beautiful environment; you are learning to enjoy the place of life.

The one star goes to the hostess (which we saw briefly - don't think they live there).
The bathroom was disgusting dirty - shower was slime. There was pubic hair in the shower and bath. This bathroom has definitely not been cleaned in many many weeks. The house is cold and uninviting. Not one thing against the walls. The house was freezing cold.. no air-conditioning. The kettle in the kitchen was filthy. This house has rooms with numbers on.. not a home. A back packer place would have been a better option. And seeing that it is not a "home stay" I would recommend locks on the doors.
O, and it is winter, and all the windows are open.the top sheet looks like a cot sheet on the bed. .. Sorry - would never ever ever stay there again, and I would never recommend this stay. I just wish there was some way of inspecting places before allowing them to use home stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
