Spacious private room available in a brand new house in Keilor East, Victoria.
You will be living with me and my 5 year old Japanese Spitz dog and occasionally my mother when she comes to visit.
Your Room: Study Desk and office chair with Queen size bed, walk in wardrobe and with bedside table. Smart TV is also available in your room.
The common area has a huge kitchen with gas stove available. Home gym, complete with treadmill, and kettle bells and yoga mat.
The living room has a brand new 65" TV and netflix. Unlimited internet is also available for your regular streaming and school purposes.
I speak fluent English and Bahasa at home. I'm also learning Korean and Japanese.

About the Area
Our house is one block away from Milleara Shopping Centre with grocery store, fresh fruit market, GP, Chemist Warehouse, restaurants, cafes, etc.. 10 minute drive to Highpoint mall. The Bus stop is 5 minute walk which can take you to Footscray Station and Highpoint mall.

House Rules
1. Full payment required prior to stay via bank transfer. Cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance for a a refund minus 10%
2. Not allow to smoke in the house
3. Always turn off gas and electricity prior to leaving the house
4. No additional overnight guests staying at the house
5. Don't enter others' rooms without any permission, respect other people's privacy
6. No loud noise before 8 am and after 10 pm as per noise rules in Victoria
7. Clean up after yourselves after use of common area, room and bathroom.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
