About the Homestay
Single guy that grew up in a family with foster children as well as my 6 siblings. We also had 2 Japanese exchange students for 12 months.
In 2016 after doing an MBA at UTS and found a staggering number of students struggled to find reasonably priced, clean, well maintained accommodation within walking distance of the campus. I found the same scenario for USyd and UNSW.
I also noticed that most sharehomes are dysfunctional - either dirty or strained inter-housemate relations due to the absence of any clearly defined house rules and processes.
So in 2017 I set up my first sharehome and found there was an abundance of students looking for a better experience and decided to create shareomes that work.
Its clean, well maintained, the cat Bailey is a conman (under no circumstances take any notice of the dramatic efforts he will go to to try and make you believe he has not been fed for days..).

About the Area
Our house is in a quiet, safe, family area near the end of a cul de sac. We are about 200M from a golf course, 800M to UNSW, 800M to the race course and 1,1Km to PoW Hospital and 2.5km to Coogee Beach. From the closest bus stop (about an 8 min walk) it will take around 8-15 minutes to central station and between 15-25 to Circular Quay.
Depending on the day and time, an Uber can get you to or from the airport in 12-20 minutes.
A 6 min ride will get you to Centennial Park and the same by bus can get you to the queue to the cricket ground or the football stadium.
