My name is Joanne. Welcome to Cosy Home. We hope your stay is relaxing and pleasant. Cosy home is suitable for Couples, Business Travellers, Solo or Twin Share. This cosy 4bdrm, 2 lounge rooms is home to myself and one other person. I have purchased the premises only a couple of months ago. (peace of mind that its not a lease property) There are some spaces still requiring a fresh coat of paint, other than this, we are ready for you to stay. I have 2 bedrooms available.
GUEST 1: currently has a queen bed with wardrobe, draws and ceiling fan. Extra bedding is available during the cooler months for warmth.
Guest 2: has a double bed with bedside table, lamp, clothes hanger, desk for laptop usage. Extra bedding is available during the cooler months for warmth.
Open kitchen/dining area where guests are welcome to use the space, a light breakfast of toast, variety of spreads, cereals and tea/ coffee facilities are available to guests. The kitchen is available for guests to supply and cook their own food throughout the day. Cosy Home also provides a spacious outdoor bbq area with bbq, table and chairs.
The bathroom and toilet are seperated for easy use. The bathroom has a hairdryer or straightener for use. The laundry, iron and ironing board are also available for guest use. Please ask first.
We have a friendly cat called Cosmo, he loves pats and belly rubs, Georgie a cockatiel and 6 gouldian finches.
We are very fortunate that the accommodation is in a Central location to everything on the peninsula. Walking distance to shops. A park 2 houses away. 10mins drive to the beach, nightlife, restaurants. 5mins drive or 10min walk to local shops, movies and the local pub. Approximately 30min north of Brisbane airport, 5mins walk to train and bus.

About the Area
Our home is located on the north side of Brisbane. 30mins to the airport. 5min walk to new train station, 2min walk to local bus stop. Local park is 2 houses away. 7 to 10min drive to nearby lagoon or beach for swimming. 5min walk to local shopping centre.

Please be respectful. Shoes off at the front door. No smoking inside, outside is acceptable.
Balance of payment can be made via paypal this is the preferred payment method. i do have eftpos facilities to accept visa debit or credit card. Amex is not accepted.
No parties.
Quiet time to be respectful of other guests is between 10pm and 7am.

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Too many faults to mention.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
