My house is located to all amenities you need.CLose to buses trains and supermarket. I live in a quiet neighbourhood. It is 30 -45 minutes by train to the city of Melbourne. There is buses also to the airport from werribee which is the gull bus you can google it to book online.

House Rules
Lock the front door when entering and leaving.Turn off lights when not in use
Cook only for breakfast. Use public laundry for washing clothes. You may use pots and utensils but clean dry and put it back where you get it. Do not leave unclean pots in the kitchen bench or sink. Clean the gas range after cooking and wipe side tiles for oils. Please keep in mind that we require our guests to submit us a copy of their ID before check-in by email, which will be provided once the booking is confirmed online.

My experience regarding homestay has always been good excepting this recent stay at Lyn's place, Werribee, Melbourne. The location is not at all tourist friendly and Lyn is a very strict host and makes one feel very uncomfortable. In the journey, my husband had severe leg injury, but she was not at all supportive and understanding. She always chases her tenants. We even gifted her some fruits just to establish a friendly relationship. But she reacted differently. Because of the location and host, my total trip to Melbourne was a very bad experience. I won't recommend Lyn. We, the first time visitors in Australia, expect good behaviour and hospitality from a Homestay. Thanks

Lyn was great to communicate with, she provided the QS bed we requested, and arranged everything well for us. Room was not air conditioned sufficiently for a very hot night, and bed was a bit soft, so 2 people sleeping rolled into centre.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
