Hi we are a family of five who live in Kew Melbourne Victoria. It is a large home close to all transport and the city. You are also close to many restaurants and shops. We have two dogs who reside outside. We have been hosts for over 21 years and have enjoyed the experiences of meeting people from all over the world. We have a 21 year old daughter and a 14 year old daughter and Steve is originally from London. I also spent 16 years in London.
We have a couple of rooms available. The house is large and was build in the 1940s it has a huge garden.

About the Area
We are situated 7km from the city with both trams, trains and buses in close proximity. Kew is a very nice area and is an exclusive area in Melbourne it is also a safe area.
You are close to all restaurants, cafe's and shops.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you
Feel free to use the kitchen and please clean up after!
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to have a visitor please talk to us in advance.
Please note it is a two week notice period
Please enjoy your stand and treat our home as it were you own.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
